Do as Dirk's co-presenter Julia Schuppel and sit up straight on your office chair. Turn your head as far as you can, both left and right, and make a note on how far you can go. Now place your hands in front of your body and press your palms together. Build some tension in your shoulders and neck, bring your shoulders down and let your breathing flow. Then loosen up your wrists and turn your head left and right again. You should feel some change and whether you can continue to stretch.

Schade, dass die Kurse so kurz und klein sind. Hätte mir einen Gesamtkurs gewünscht und die Einzelteile doch zeitlich etwas länger! Denn ich finde es insgesamt super und sehr effektiv!
