Description
Get an amazing bikini body with this complete workout from Stefanie Rohr's beginners series. Each of the four blocks of this course has its own focus, specifically designed to shape and strengthen your stomach, legs, glutes and arms, burn countless calories and improve your fitness level. A warm-up and a relaxing stretching session complete this workout!
Steffi has innovatively designed a series of classic exercises, both standing and floor-based, to target your legs, bums and tums. Crunches, side-to-sides, kicks, leg lifts, push-ups and much more, combined with some effective triceps training will get your body in great shape. All you need is a mat and two small dumbbells (or water bottles).
Note: Please head into this workout with a relaxed approach. Steffi and co-presenter Bianca Grzegorek will explain all exercises step by step and will even show you how to scale some of them. If you're not able to do all repetitions in one go, just take a short break and continue once you feel ready.
