Nach dem mobilisierenden Warm-up präsentiert dir Steffi gewohnt gut gelaunt ein abwechslungsreiches Training im Stand und am Boden mit dynamischen Kniebeugen, Taps, Ausfallschritten, Stützpositionen und mehr. Am Ende machst du ein wohltuendes Stretching. Das tut gut!
Hinweis: Steffi zeigt dir mit Co-Presenter Marcus immer wieder verschiedene Varianten, sodass du das Training bewusst an dein Fitnesslevel anpassen kannst. Achte bei allen Übungen genau auf Steffis Anweisungen, das macht dein Workout umso effektiver!
