Ich bin wirklich begeistert von der Trainerin und dem Kurs. Als überzeugter Coachpotato habe ich mich erst wirklich quälen müssen 😉 mittlerweile freue ich mich auf die Workouts, trotz "Quälerei". Abgenommen habe auch schon und mein Körper wird langsam straffer ... 😍😍
