Du startest in diesen Flow, indem du erst einmal bewusst ankommst. Michi unterstützt dich dabei mit sanften Anweisungen. Vor traumhafter Meereskulisse praktizierst du anschließend Yoga-Haltungen, wie Vor- und Rückbeuge, Blitzposition, den Krieger und viele mehr - bis der gesamte Flow aufgebaut ist. Achte dabei auf fließende Bewegungen – und du wirst bald von spürbar mehr Flexibilität, Kraft und einer besseren Körperwahrnehmung profitieren!
Tipp: Beim Yoga-Flow solltest du barfuß trainieren und die Übungsintensität langsam steigern.
