Hier praktizierst du - wieder vor traumhafter Meereskulisse - alle Haltungen schön langsam und fließend, einmal auf der rechten und einmal auf der linken Seite. Das tut gut, sorgt für eine bessere Beweglichkeit, mehr Kraft und eine gesteigerte Körperwahrnehmung!
Tipp: Beim Yoga-Flow solltest du barfuß trainieren und die Übungsintensität langsam steigern.
