Zwischen zwei Online Fitness Studios bin ich seit 3 Jahren immer hin und her und bin zu dem Ergebnis gekommen das es kein effektiveres Yoga Workout als mit Steffi gibt. Danke das du mir die Rückenschmerzen nimmst und gleichzeitig den Körper formst.

Eigentlich ein gutes Training, aber mir persönlich ist es viel zu viel Gerede. Mich stört das eher, als dass er mir hilft die richtige Position zu finden.
