Ich hätte das Training aufgrund der Kommentare beinahe nicht gemacht. Natürlich ist es immer individuell, was einem schwer fällt, aber für das Programm hier ist der Anspruch m.E. absolut ok. Es ist der Basis-Flow mit abwärtsschauendem Hund, Plank, nach oben schauendem Hund, Pushup-Position und wieder abeärtsschauendem Hund. Wird gut erklärt, Push up Position muss man nicht machen. Ruhig und es sind nur ca. 3 Min. dieser Flow. ich meine, irgendwann muss man ja anfangen....

Ein großer Sprung an Tag 4. Würde jedem Anfänger davon abraten, dass mag vielleicht Level sein, 1. Aber dann sollte man einen mehrwöchigen „Vorkurs“ belegen. Aber vielleicht habe ich die Kursbeschreibung falsch gelesen.
