This course features the "Vinyasa Flow", a dynamic, flowing sequence of exercises. It will mobilize your spine, knee and hip joints, improve blood circulation, train your strength and endurance, and stretch your leg and back muscles. This is most definitely an exciting flow for those experienced yoga fans. Could it also be a good alternative to the Sun Salutation?
Easier versions of these exercises will be also shown. Since they are not always instructed indipendently, please watch the entire exercise closely before deciding which version is best for you.
You won’t need any equipment except for a yoga mat.
