Description
Intensive yoga is a powerful mix of traditional yoga flows and dynamic physical training.
Master Young-Ho Kim and his co-presenters will (also) get advanced yoga fans to break a sweat with this demanding yoga class - guaranteed!
This intense flow combines approximately 17 different postures that will train your upper and lower body. It will also improve your balance, strength and endurance, and stretch certain parts of your body. This “Balance & Strength” flow requires patience, concentration and all of your musculature.
Please note that easier versions of these exercises will be also shown in this multilevel course. If you’re not very experienced, you should first take a close look at the exercises and take in the different variations that are shown.
We also recommend that you do a relaxation session. The “Yoga Workout - Relaxation”, for instance.
