Schöner Kurs mit passenden Übungen, für die ich zumindest aber länger brauchte, um die Dehnungen besser wirken zu lassen. Habe ihn nicht als Warm-Up, sondern als Ausklang nach der Arbeit gemacht, aber auch dafür eignet sich der Kurs.
