Ich mache dieses Programm sehr gern. Anette Alvaredos Wissen hilft mir sehr, Körperwahrnehmung zu trainieren, richtige Bewegungen zu führen und meinen eigenen Körper richtig zu kennen. Die Gedanken schweifen nicht ab, denn Annette betont es sehr gut, dass im Gedanken fängt das richtige Training an und das macht das Programm effektiv und gleichzeitig entspannend. Es ist natürlich aber auch fordernd. Also es ist ein ganzheitliches Training. Dazu ist auch ein sympathisches Team😃
