Ich bin eigentlich ein Fan vom Ganzkörper-Training. Da habe ich das Gefühl, dass ich in kurzer Zeit effektiv was geschafft habe. Aber dieser Kurs hat mich echt überrascht. Ich habe so heftig geschwitzt und bin an meine Grenzen gekommen. Dabei hatte ich "nur" 3 kg Hanteln 😛. Die Reihe kommt definitiv unter meine Favoriten!
