Einer meiner Lieblingskurse! Einfach, ruhiges Tempo und alles harmonisch abgestimmt. Die Anleitung ist derart gut, dass man gar keinen Blick auf den Bildschirm werfen muss. Mein Körper fühlt sich danach herrlich entspannt an. Gefällt mir sehr, sehr gut!
