Physische und psychische Gesundheit, Ästhetik, Körpergefühl: Gründe für Krafttraining gibt es viele – und in diesem Kurs mit Michi Süßbauer kommt auch Spaß hinzu. Vor traumhafter Kulisse führt dich Michi durch Übungen mit Kurzhanteln zur Stärkung deiner Muskulatur. Jede Übung wird in drei Sätzen jeweils 12 Mal ausgeführt. Traue dich hierbei an Gewichte, die dich beim letzten Satz an deine Grenzen bringen. Die Faustregel: Das Gewicht ist richtig gewählt, wenn du die letzte Wiederholung gerade noch technisch korrekt durchführen kannst.

Ich freue mich riesig über ein neues Workout mit Michi und Gewichten 😍 nach dieser kurzen Einführung zum Kurs würde ich am liebsten direkt loslegen (leider gerade erst Mittagspause). Michi wie immer super motivierend 🤗
