Vielen Dank für die tollen Tipps! Vor allem zur Haltung. Es gibt auch die Empfehlung die Beine während des Stuhlgangs aufzustellen, keine Ahnung, ob das auch ein Mythos ist.
Und ist es kontraproduktiv für den Beckenboden, wenn man sich den Toilettengang (egal ob Urin oder Stuhl) zu lange hinauszögert, wenn man muss?
