Für ein Tabata völlig ungeeignete Übungen. Dadurch kam man kaum ins Schwitzen. Cool Down viel zu lange für das kurze Training. Diese zusammengestellten Kurse sind meist nicht so toll. Hat überhaupt keinen Spaß gemacht.
