Zur Kräftigung der langen Rückenmuskulatur zeigt Christiane dir hier die „Schwimmer-Übung“: Sie kräftigt die Rückenmuskulatur und sorgt für Länge in der Wirbelsäule. Gleichzeitig richtet sie die Brustwirbelsäule auf und aktiviert die Gesäßmuskulatur.
Bis zu 2/3 aller Menschen sind innerhalb eines Jahres von unspezifischen Rückenschmerzen betroffen. Diese können durch zahlreiche Faktoren ausgelöst werden.
Mögliche Symptome:
- Rückenschmerzen bei langem Sitzen, Stehen und Liegen mit ausgestreckten Beinen
