Beim vierten Krafttraining dieser Kursreihe gibt's einiges zu tun fürs Miniband, und das Handtuch kommt ebenfalls zum Einsatz.
Ihr startet – nach dem Warm-up – im Stand mit ein paar schönen Übungen für die Bauch- und Beinmuskeln. Kurz vor dem Wechsel auf den Boden bekommt der Trizeps auch noch ein bisschen was zu tun. Am Boden wird dann kurz der Rücken mobilisiert, bevor Michi mit dir Po, Oberschenkel, Bauch, Bizeps und Rücken trainiert. Und natürlich sind auch wieder ein paar Ganzkörper-Übungen dabei. Ach ja, und wie immer eine große Portion Trainingsspaß und gute Laune!

Danke für einen schönen Kurs in einer tollen Reihe. Das Training tut einfach gut und macht viel Spaß. Toll, dass man nicht immer an seine Grenzen gehen muss, um erfolgreich mit dabei sein zu können. Tut auch nicht Curvy-Menschen sehr gut.
