Los geht's im Stand mit der "Saw" ("Säge") - eine Übung, die eine gesunde Haltung fördert und das Zusammenspiel von Armen, Beinen und Oberkörper verbessert. Ergänzt wird mit Stützpositionen auf der Matte, bei denen die Kraftausdauer zusätzlich gefördert wird.
Besonders für Einsteiger ohne Vorkenntnisse empfehlen wir die "Pilates Standing Balance"-Einführung einmal anzuschauen und mitzumachen, bevor man mit dem "Pilates Standing Balance"-Training beginnt.
