Description
In this effective 15-minute program by sports scientist Dirk Pinnig, Ina Münsberg and Sven Friedrich will show some of the best standing back exercises.
It will strengthen your muscles as well as mobilize your entire upper body, chest, abs and back.
The exercises, which are easy to learn, are also suitable for beginners. Important: Please pay attention to a good body tension and do all exercises exactly as explained in the instructions. It’s how you’ll make the most out of this workout.
