Ganz gut, allerdings wäre es schön, wenn die Personen engere oder kürzere Hosen (oder einfach Leggins) tragen könnten, damit man auch richtig sehen kann, wieviel das Bein eingewinkelt/komplett durchgestreckt oder nur teilweise gestreckt ist etc. ( war mir zumindest bei der einen Übung nicht klar, ob ich es somit richtig gemacht habe). Und bei Mobilisation sollte man die Übungen ja schon korrekt machen, sonst wird es am Ende schlechter als vorher. Die Übungen an sich sind aber super und alles in allem hilfreich 🙂.

gute Entspannung. Allerdings fehlt mir manchmal ein wenig Anleitung - man muss mehr auf den Bildschirm schauen, als es die Position so erlaubt.
