Das Workout bietet durchaus Steigerungspotenzial.
Wenn's nicht gleich mit den Wiederholungszahlen klappt, einfach kurz ausruhen und dann wieder einstiegen.
Das anschließende Stretching ist eine echte Wohltat. Es lockert die beanspruchte Körperpartie und dehnt auch die Muskulatur von Beinen und Po.

Schöner kleiner Bauchkurs, den man sehr gut an ein Cardiotraining ohne Stretching hängen kann, damit wird‘s sozusagen ein kompletter Kurs 😍

Den Kurs mache ich gerne nach dem Joggen 😃 Die Viertelstunde ist ideal dafür, mit einem kurzen, aber intensiven Bauchtraining und einem schönen Stretching für Beine und Po.
Heftig, aber sehr gut! Hier spürt man den Bauch total. Hatte vorher das Bauchprogramm "Shape your Body" endlich geschafft und dachte, da kann nichts mehr brennen. Irrtum. Auch das Streichung ist gut. 😍
