Ingesamt werden vier Sätze gemacht. Die Schlagzahl ist hoch, der Effekt durchschlagend: Squats sind die Wunderwaffe für einen knackigen Po, Burpees mit dem Sprung in und aus dem Langstütz heraus pushen zudem die Fettverbrennung und Kondition.
