"Fitness expert Anette Alvaredo shows an extremely powerful pilates workout full of flowing exercises that will stretch, strengthen and balance your body.
This 30-minute ""Let it flow"" session is a great way to get started - although we do suggest that you have a look at the explanations on pilates beforehand! You'll activate your powerhouse with exercises such as planks, the ""Cat stretch"" and the ""Mermaid"". By merging them together you'll increase the intensity of this workout and improve your coordination skills. If you want to bring more harmony to this training, make sure to align your movements to your breathing.
Don't worry if the flows seem a bit too quick for you at first! After a few sessions you'll have internalized all these movements and their sequence."

Die Musik ist leider viel zu dominant und übertönt die Ansagen. Schade🙁
