Description
If you find the full workout to be too strenuous, this short, yet intensive cardio session by Stefanie Rohr is perfect for you! It’s also a great option if you have little time.
After warming up properly (preferably with Steffi’s Cardio-Mobilization session), you will start with a block of varied side-to-side steps combined with leg/knee lifts, leg curls, etc. that will slowly but surely increase your body temperature. You will finish off this beginner’s block with some marching to tackle your legs and glutes.
This second block gets more intense with an effective mix of varied taps, jumps and much more. Remember to move your arms alongside with you during both blocks. In the end, Steffi will help you bring your heartrate down with some smooth marching and taps. Feel free to stick around and complete a suitable stretching session (found separately) to relax and feel the effects of the training.
Steffi will show you these exercise combinations in different intensity levels. Pay attention to a good body tension during all exercises. You can always go back to doing an easier version if an exercise with increased intensity becomes too strenuous. It’s important to have fun while training!
