Intensive LTB & Cardio - LBT-Mix
Description
This is an ideal introduction to Michi's LBT training! You'll be in for an effective mix of cardio, LBT and strength exercises that won't only focus on legs, bums and tums but also strengthen your core and improve your balance.
You'll begin with a detailed warm-up that will get your body ready for this training. You'll then continue with a series of standing low-impact cardio exercises, such as side-to-sides, lunges and squats, that will increase your endurance and tone your legs and glutes. The next two parts (floor-based) of this training are full of triceps push-ups, swimming, planks and crunches. These exercises will help you tackle your problem areas as well as give you a stable core and flat stomach. Get into the Child's Pose if you ever feel like you need to relax in between exercises. At the end of this workout you'll do some stretching to loosen up your muscles.
Tip: Make sure to always do all exercises correctly and pay attention to a good body tension. Challenge but never overwhelm yourself. And remember - this workout has a lot of room for improvement!
