In diesem viertelstündigen Mini-Kurs zeigt sie gemeinsam mit ihrer Co-Presenterin Ina Münsberg BBP-Übungen auf mittlerem Niveau.
Neben Bauch, Beinen und Po wird zusätzlich die Core-Muskulatur trainiert und die Balance verbessert. Vor den Übungen wird der Körper mit einem Warm-up auf Betriebstemperatur gebracht.
Wer noch ein wenig mehr Zeit hat, kann ein Stretching dranhängen (z. B. "Fatburner Workout - Stretching"), um die beanspruchten Muskeln zu dehnen und lockern.
