Description
This short, active break you can enjoy at your office - or simply at home. You don't need to get changed, just have 15 minutes and a chair next to you!
Start off with a mobilizing move of your pelvis that is loosening up your lower back; let go of your shoulders. The following rotational and rolling exercises including your arms, will help you relax and release your neck and shoulders - and even your upper back will start relaxing. This combination of exercises will mobilize your complete back and help you getting rid of blockages and stiff muscles.
A lot of easy, smooth stretching moves will help you relax your muscles all over your body: This is serious relief after a hard day in the office!
