Legs bums and tums and easy fat burn, peachy bum
Description
In this block you will be training your glutes and burning some fat.
After warming up, you'll do a standing routine (always use your arms!). You'll start with some forward tap movements, which you can also do to relax during your breaks.
It's now time to begin the actual training! A combination of side-to-sides and leg lifts to work on glutes while engaging your core. You'll start with one side and do leg lifts just with that one leg. You'll raise your leg off the ground and hold for a bit before continuing with a backwards tap movement. It's better if you don't touch the ground as it'll make it even more challenging. Repeat the same with your other leg!
You'll now head over to your mat and get down on all fours. Start with your right leg again, push it backwards and then over to the side. Raise the tempo and drop the number of repetitions. Later on, starting in a prone position, Steffi and co-presenter Bianca Grzegorek will show you how to do leg lifts with your heels together. Start with one leg and then continue with the other one. You'll finish off this workout by doing similar leg lifts but this time your legs will be apart.
Can you feel your glutes? You sure can! You can then join the course's final stretching session to relax and loosen your muscles.
