Erneut kommst du im Anschluss auf deine Matte für noch mehr wirksame Übungen, die neben der oberflächlichen auch die tiefliegende, rumpfstabilisierende Muskulatur deiner Körpermitte schön definieren und kräftigen!
Hinweis: Achte beim Training auf eine gute Spannung in deiner Körpermitte. Steffi zeigt dir die Übungen in verschiedenen Schwierigkeitsstufen. Wähle dabei immer die Variante, die am besten zu deinem Fitnesslevel passt. Das Training bietet viel Steigerungspotenzial!

Super find ich auch, dass man die einzelnen Blöcke gut miteinander kombinieren kann, je nachdem, wieviel Zeit man hat🙂

Nicht so anstrengend wie Block 1, aber genauso gut. Schön, dass auch Mobilisation der Wirbelsäule mit dabei ist. Top für zwischendurch, Lob an Steffi. MAcht immer Spaß mit ihr : )
