Danach wird es noch ein wenig fordernder: Der "dynamische Held" dehnt den ganzen Körper und kräftigt die Bein- und Bauchmuskulatur. Zudem werden Balance und Stabilität trainiert.

Diese Sequenz kann man auch sehr schön im Stehen, in der Mittagspause machen. Ich war dabei im Wald und habe mich herrlich entspannt! Wirklich nett!

Sehr schöner, ruhiger, entspannter Kurs zum Runterkommen. Ralf Bauer erklärt die Übungen sehr gut - ich finde ein idealer Kurs für Yoga-Anfänger oder Wiedereinsteiger 😍
