Description
"This extremely powerful pilates workout will stretch, strengthen and balance your body. It's a great way to get started - although we do suggest that you have a look at the explanations on pilates beforehand! You'll activate your powerhouse by doing exercises such as planks, the ""Cat stretch"" and the ""Mermaid"" very precisely. By merging them together you'll increase the intensity of this workout and improve your coordination skills. If you want to bring more harmony to this training, make sure to align your movements to your breathing.
Don't worry if the flows seem a bit too quick for you at first! After a few sessions you'll have internalized all these movements and their sequence.
Note: This training session is part of the ""Healthy on the go"" program, which is particularly good for beginners and people that took a long break from sports or didn't exercise because of an injury or back pain."

Könnte bitte die Hintergrundmusik leiser sein? die Musik ist viel zu dominant und übertönt auch fast die Anweisungen manchmal das ist unangenehm.
