Dieser Flow lädt deine Akkus wieder auf und schenkt dir viel Gelassenheit! Los geht’s mit einem wohltuenden Warm-up, das dich auf die folgenden Yoga Flows vorbereitet. Im Anschluss machst du die beliebten Sonnengrüße, die dir richtig viel Energie schenken. Der folgende Easy Flow erwartet dich mit einer Abfolge aus verschiedenen Asanas, die fließend miteinander verknüpft werden. Der Back Flow zum Schluss fordert dich noch ein bisschen mehr heraus. Gerne kannst du für die enthaltene Rückbeuge ein (Yoga-)Kissen verwenden. Wieder begleitest du alle Übungen mit der Atmung.
Tipp: Solltest du während des Übens an deine Grenzen kommen oder sich dir eine Position gar nicht erschließen: Mach Pausen, so oft du möchtest, zum Beispiel in der Kindhaltung.
