Eine gut aufgewärmte Muskulatur und ein angeregtes Herz-Kreislaufsystem sind für jedes Workout unverzichtbar. Du startest mit Michaela Süßbauer im Stand. Deine Füße platzierst du auf den Sliders (oder wahlweise den gleitfähigen Mikrofasertüchern/Handtüchern), um dann deinen Körper von oben bis unten zu mobilisieren. Danach geht's auf den Boden für die ersten Slides im Stütz. Achte dabei auf eine gute Körperspannung und präzise Bewegungen. Als Untergrund eignet sich am besten Parkett, Laminat oder Fliesenboden.
