Michaela Süßbauers Slider-Training setzt durch die speziell konzipierten Moves mit Slidern neue Impulse und ist in dieser Form bislang einzigartig in unserem Online Fitness-Studio. Das funktionelle Ganzkörpertraining aktiviert deine tiefe Halte- und Stützmuskulatur (sog. Core-Muskulatur), formt und strafft deine Silhouette und verbessert zudem deine Kraftausdauer, Beweglichkeit und Koordination.
Trainiert wird im Wechsel aus Belastungszeit (45 Sekunden) und Pause (15 Sekunden), hier mit einem speziellen Fokus auf deinen Beinen, dem Po und der Core-Muskulatur. Dabei geht’s von Bewegungen im Stand wie Ausfallschritten nach vorn und seitlichen Slides auch Richtung Boden, wo du u. a. mit den Beinen in die Grätsche slidest, während du im Plank bist. Anstrengend, aber sehr effektiv!
