This class is focussing on your abs, back and complete gluteal muscles. Exercises will take you half an hour, including warm-up and the five best-of-moves that shape your abs nicely.
Keep going, should you not be able to perform all given reps in the first place: You will see your strength and your reps increase at the same time and it will take you just a few training sessions to realize how easy it is to do all of them in one go.
You will also exercise your balance, coordination and all-over body tension. Your reward: Toned abs and a beach bum of note!

Schönes, moderates Core-Workout, ideal nach einem Lauf- oder Cardiotraining 😃 Lässt sich auch gut mit anderen Kurzeinheiten ergänzen, wie z.B. Barbaras Fatburner oder Bodyweight im Stand.

Sehr straight, deshalb einer meiner Favoriten. Kurzweilig. Direkte Wechsel zur anderen Seite statt ewig lange flows, bei denen manchmal sogar die zweite Seite untergeht und verwirrt. Sehr gut, alles dabei, was uns Frauen knackig macht 😜✔️
