Hm... von den 14 kurzen Yoga-Einheiten von und mit Ate mag ich diese am wenigsten 🤷♀️Daily Yoga und die 7 x 10 Min. für abends insgesamt jedoch sehr 😍

Hier gefiel mir die Musik leider gar nicht. Die Stimmung war dadurch nicht so angenehm. Außerdem fand ich den Wechsel von der Matte in den Stand zu abrupt. Diesen hätte man mit gezielten, achtsamen Bewegungen ausfüllen können. Ansonsten gefällt mir das "Daily Yoga" ausgesprochen gut. Schöne kleine Einheiten, die man gut in den Tag integrieren kann. Gut, um in die Routine zu kommen. Vielen Dank dafür!😍

Naja, ich kann die Begeisterung jetzt nicht ganz teilen. Es sind schon seeeehr kurze Einheiten und so richtig gedehnt fühle ich mich jetzt nach 2 Teilen ehrlich gesagt nicht. Für meinen Geschmack gibt es hier wesentlich bessere Einheiten. Schade, die Trainerin ist sehr sympathisch, aber das ist mir einfach zu wenig.
