Wirklich schön, reines Yoga macht mich oft ungeduldig, da ich dank gesundheitlicher Einschränkung nicht zu lange in einer Position bleiben kann. Aber so kann ich es - 10000000000 Dank😍

Dank Steffis verschiedenen anderen Flow-Trainings ging es für mich Yoga - Muffel erstaunlich gut. Kraftvoll und harmonisch.
