In this short yoga session, Ivan Blanco joins you in a moment of calmness, offsetting stress and stress-related tension. His calm and warm-hearted manner makes it easy to dive into meditative breathing exercises. This session will finish off with gentle stretching and twists that will make you feel relaxed beyond this moment.
