Die Übungen selbst finde ich super, auch, dass man merkt, wie die Trainerin selbst gefordert ist. Nur die Cooldowns gefallen mir nicht. Im Stand Workout sind häufig Kniebeugen drin und dann gibt's kaum Dehnung für den Quadrizeps? Stattdessen ist mein Hals am Ende nett gedehnt 😃

Ganz tolles Programm mit Franzi😍

Dieses Programm mit Franzi macht mir am meisten Spaß. Die Übungen sind intensiv und gut durchzuhalten, gut erklärt, effektiv. Ich mag es sehr, wenn die Trainerin mit den Händen klatsch beim wechseln. Auch die 26 min Kurse sind fordernd. Es gibt verschiedene Level in den Übungen und die Musik ist herrlich!
