Die Sprecherin nervt etwas, wirkt alles sehr unpersönlich und monoton.
Beim Stretching hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass die einzelnen Dehnpositionen länger gehalten werden.
Aber das Workout mit den Übungen sonst sehr effektiv und klar strukturiert.
Kurs immer mal wieder als Abwechslung okay.
Ziehe aber, da fordernder, den 59 BBP-Powerkurs vor bzw. diesen beiden Kurse mit persönlicher Anleitung wie z.B. die mit Stefanie Rohr.
