Ich übe jetzt seit etwa einem Jahr und kann berichten: Es kommt jetzt auch auf der emotionalen und seelischen Ebene an! Eine echte Bereicherung, für die ich sehr dankbar bin. Sieht von außen aus wie eine Leibesübung, kann aber viel mehr, wenn es Raum bekommt.
