Ui, ich habe tatsächlich Muskelkater im Fußgewölbe bekommen. Hab ich wohl Zuviel „gespielt“? 😅 Es ist unglaublich, wie man mit so Wenig so viel Muskelaktivität erreicht. Das hab ich schon in vorangegangenen Trainingseinheiten gemerkt. Danke für die tollen Erklärungen und auch die schönen Fotos!
