Der Bauch darf auch: Hier startet Elisa euren Tag mit zehn straffen Minuten für einen ebensolchen Bauch. Besonders bei den Standübungen ist auch ein bisschen Herz-Kreislauf-Training dabei, damit ihr so richtig in Schwung kommt.
Auf der Matte geht’s dann ein wenig mehr zur Sache für Bauch, Rücken, Rumpf & Taille.
