Shorty Nr. 4: Hier macht Steffi ihr kleines Ganzkörper-Training komplett am Boden. Dabei setzt sie einen ganz leichten Fokus auf Beine & Po, der Rest kommt aber definitiv auch nicht zu kurz.
Diesen Kurs kannst du übrigens ganz prima mit einem (oder mehreren) der drei anderen 'Shorties' kombinieren, wenn du Lust auf ein bisschen mehr Training hast.

Wunderbar! Danke Steffi - die Shorties machen süchtig. Gerne noch mehr davon. Ich mag bei hier und bei allen anderen Kursen von Steffi, dass die Übungen immer fließend ineinandergreifen. Sie sind immer abwechslungsreich und trainieren den ganzen Körper.
