Ich bin gut trainiert, (trainiere normalerweise Level 2 und 3), und mir hat es Spaß gemacht - ich bezweifle aber, dass es jemandem Spaß macht, der wirklich komplett neu einsteigt, auch wenn es kurz ist. Recht anspruchsvolle Bauchübungen (z. B. Beine in der Luft halten, anziehen und strecken, gleichzeitig Gewichte in den Händen und Arme nach außen öffnen). Alle zusammengenommen und nacheinander geturnt, sind die „Miniworkouts“ ein tolles Ganzkörperworkout, kleine Stretchingeinheiten immer zwischendurch. Je nach Fitnesslevel kann man auch die Gewichte variieren (hatte 1,5 kg Hanteln).

Ideal, für Neueinsteiger geeignet! Ein komplettes Miniworkout, mit Betonung auf einfache Bauchübungen und in der zweiten Hälfte ein angenehmes Stretching.

😕Also der Schwierigkeitsgrad "leicht" ist für Untrainierte hier sicherlich nicht der Fall. Das Miniworkout ist keinesfalls "soft".
