Super Kurs und für Pilates Einsteiger sehr zu empfehlen. Das Tempo war angenehm, aber nicht zu langsam. Bei den verschiedenen Schwierigkeitssstufen ist auch für sportlichere eine Variante dabei. Und er ist defintiv Gelenkschonend.
