Für Ungeübte wie mich, sind die Bauchübungen nicht sauber zu schaffen.
Passende Trainings zusammenstellen kann die Konkurrenz dann doch besser.
Werde ich auf jeden Fall wiederholen.😍😃
An sich ist der Kurs aber top!😲
FR: Vielleicht versuchst du mal, zusätzlich ein gefaltetes Handtuch unter die Hüftknochen zu legen. Wichtig ist, das der Bauch richtig angespannt bleibt!
Die Erklärung jedoch super.
