Join Michaela Süßbauer in this fun and effective body styling workout and get great results in no time!
You'll start with some mobilization to warm up your body and get it moving. You'll then focus on shaping those abs of yours with some dynamic moves. Don't forget to always keep your eyes on the prize - a slim, flat and toned stomach! Michi will show you what a perfectly trained stomach should look like.
You'll continue in a standing position and do an intensive mix of cardio and body shaping exercises that will put your entire body to work - especially your legs and glutes. Needless to say, you'll be getting rid of those extra pounds! Although the pace is quite fast, you still need to make sure to do all exercises correctly.
It'll help prevent muscle soreness and injuries. You'll end this power workout with a pleasant stretching and relaxation routine.

Die Übungen danach sind toll rhythmisch, fast tänzerisch und nur im Stand bei passender Musik. Zum Teil recht schnell.
Wie ich beim Double-Step auch noch den Bauch crunchen soll, ist mir ein Rätsel. Da wird auch nicht näher drauf eingegangen.
Ein super Kurs mit der stets gut gelaunten Michi!
Doch immer sehr motiviert
kommt man ja kaum ins schwitzen! bin überhaupt nicht supertrainiert, aber dieser ganze bauchübungsteil ist pure zeitverschwendung!
Die Bauchübungen im Stand sind ganz schön tricky aber mal was anderes. 🙂
